India is being a developing nation is still lagging to meet needs of this children surgical care in spite of availability of pediatric surgical facilities in both government and co-operate hospitals. The main barrier found to be "accessibility and affordability" newborn and child surgical care, because still these services are concentrated in major cities and towns with high cost; yet to reach needy children in rural India. There is a huge gap between need and availability of child surgical services.
